Organic Alkalized Cocoa Liquor
A product obtained by grinding cocoa seeds previously removed from their shells, roasted and alkalized, the paste obtained can be used for the production of cocoa butter and cocoa powder, or for making of chocolates. The product is made from cocoa seeds (Theobroma cacao, family Malvaceae Linnaeus).
