Organic Cocoa Liquor
A product obtained by grinding cocoa seeds that were previously removed from their shells and roasted without the addition of additives. The obtained paste can be used for producing cocoa butter and cocoa powder, or for the manufacture of chocolates. The product is made from cocoa seeds(Theobroma cacao, family Malvaceae Linnaeus).
